We mix colours in-house and can check and fine-tune them at our workshop to bring the finish closer to the surrounding paint. Our team’s 97–99% colour-closeness figure is a visual estimate from experience, not an instrument measurement or a guarantee for every car.
Can a scratch be polished out, or does it need paint?
Some light surface marks may respond to polishing. Deeper scratches or missing paint may need touch-up or panel repainting. Photos help start the discussion; inspecting the paint lets us explain which option may suit the damage.
Can you repaint a scuffed bumper or just one panel?
We can discuss paint damage on a bumper, door or other affected panel. The repair area and preparation depend on the damage. Cracks, loose parts or dents need inspection before we confirm the body repair and repainting involved.
Can I get a final price from photos?
Photos help us give initial advice. The depth of the damage, affected areas, preparation and colour work influence the cost. We confirm the repair scope and final price after seeing the car in person.
How soon can I get my car back?
Tell us your preferred date when you message. In-house colour adjustments and multiple work bays help us work efficiently, and we take agreed collection dates seriously. The actual timing depends on the repair and our schedule, so we confirm it after inspection.
